Note from Soria
I didn’t get into fitness because I was confident.
Growing up, I loved dancing, it gave me a sense of purpose. I also did athletics and cross-country at school, always finishing last. Fitness wasn’t something I felt naturally good at.
Years later, when life felt heavy and I didn’t feel strong mentally or emotionally, I needed something to change. I returned to movement by running, and I learned about strenght training. That’s when my real journey started.
Strength work became an anchor. It stabilised me, rebuilt my confidence and gave me direction when I felt lost.
That experience shapes the way I coach today.
People start training for many reasons: stress, frustration, not recognising themselves anymore, wanting to look better or feel better.
All of these reasons are valid. And once you start, you realise training doesn’t just change your body.
It changes the way you see yourself, how you move through your day, how you handle pressure and how you age. It strengthens your mind as much as your body and expands what you believe you’re capable of.
I’ve seen clients do things they never imagined.
One client with an arthritic knee refused surgery and now climbs stairs comfortably.
Another, 59 years old, did his first pull-up and now performs several in a row.
These moments show how physical and mental change happen together.
Training also supports long-term health in a real way.
As we get older, our metabolism changes and we naturally move less. That’s what affects people the most.
Strength and consistent movement counter that: better energy, lower stress, more resilience and a healthier ageing process.
It’s a win-win, you improve how you look and protect your health at the same time.
Before coaching, I spent over seven years in luxury service, learning how to anticipate needs, support people with discretion and create seamless experiences.
Service is still at the heart of everything I do, which is why I work with a limited number of clients. Quality matters more than volume.
My approach is holistic and practical: strength, cardio and mobility, combined with simple nutrition guidance, recovery strategies and access to trusted specialists when needed.
Everything is designed to help you manage stress, protect your energy and build long-term resilience physically and mentally.
Getting in shape is one thing. Staying in shape is the real work.
If you’re ready to build a stronger, clearer and more capable version of yourself, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Performance and Longevity Coach.
